Les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cen.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">normes europ\u00e9ennes<\/a> et les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/etools\/rigging\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bonnes pratiques professionnelles<\/a> imposent deux limites incontournables :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un angle entre brins inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 120 degr\u00e9s (c\u2019est la barri\u00e8re absolue)<\/li>\n<li>un angle recommand\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 60 degr\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 la verticale pour conserver une marge de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 confortable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0, la <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Limite_de_charge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charge Maximale d\u2019Utilisation (CMU)<\/a> inscrite sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette n\u2019est plus valable puisque la tension r\u00e9elle exc\u00e8de la valeur test\u00e9e en laboratoire. Concr\u00e8tement, d\u00e9passer l\u2019angle d\u2019\u00e9lingage maximum multiplie les efforts dans les brins, mais \u00e9galement dans les points d\u2019ancrage, les crochets et la structure de l\u2019appareil de levage.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-comment-calculer-rapidement-langle-delingage-maximum\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment calculer rapidement l\u2019angle d\u2019\u00e9lingage maximum<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un simple rapporteur ou un sextant de levage vous permet de relever l\u2019angle \u03b2. Vous pouvez ensuite consulter le tableau de coefficients fourni par la norme. Accel). \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve en laboratoire, elle l\u00e8ve 8 tonnes avec un angle de 0 degr\u00e9 (brin vertical). Angle b\u00e9ta de 90 degr\u00e9s entre brins<br \/>\nPoids admissible par brin : 8 000 kg \/ 1.42 \u2248 5 634 kg.<br \/>\nLa tension augmente de 38 % sur chaque brin et vous d\u00e9passez la CMU si vous tentez de lever 8 tonnes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Angle b\u00e9ta de 110 degr\u00e9s entre brins<br \/>\nPoids admissible par brin : 8 000 kg \/ 1.74 \u2248 4 598 kg.<br \/>\nLe risque de rupture devient s\u00e9rieux, sans compter l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 de la charge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces chiffres prouvent qu\u2019une \u00e9charpe textile neuve, correctement certifi\u00e9e, peut casser simplement parce que l\u2019angle d\u2019\u00e9lingage maximum n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-bons-reflexes-pour-rester-sous-langle-delingage-maximum\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bons r\u00e9flexes pour rester sous l\u2019angle d\u2019\u00e9lingage maximum<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gardez l\u2019angle aussi proche que possible de la verticale. Un sextant de levage ou m\u00eame un inclinom\u00e8tre de smartphone verrouille le bon r\u00e9glage. Sans mesure, on sous-estime presque toujours l\u2019ouverture r\u00e9elle.<\/li>\n<li>Formez l\u2019\u00e9quipe et consignez les limites.
