General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Applicable to online sales to professional customers in Belgium

Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) govern all sales made through the website accelshop.be operated by Accel, a SAS company with a share capital of 128000€, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Saint-ETienne (France) under sirect number : 398 042 119 000 30, with its registered office located at 18 rue Péti Gaudet, Saint-Chamond, France, EU VAT number: FR 12 398 042 119.
The website is exclusively reserved for professional customers established in Belgium with a valid EU VAT number.
Article 2 – Access restricted to professionals
By placing an order, the customer confirms that he/she:
- is a professional acting within the scope of his/her business activity,
- holds a valid EU VAT number in Belgium,
- accepts these GTCS without reservation.
Private consumers and professionals without a valid EU VAT number are not allowed to place orders.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are described on the website with their technical specifications. Photographs and illustrations are for information only and have no contractual value.
Article 4 – Prices
- Prices are expressed in euros, excluding taxes (ex. VAT).
- Sales are invoiced excluding VAT in accordance with the EU intra-community VAT exemption scheme (Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC).
- If the VAT number provided is invalid, the order will either be cancelled or invoiced with French VAT.
Delivery costs are borne by the customer and specified when placing the order.
Article 5 – Orders
Any order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS. The company reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute, non-payment, or invalid EU VAT number.
Article 6 – VAT number verification
The VAT number provided by the customer is checked via the European VIES database. If invalid, the order will be suspended until regularisation.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment methods available:
- by credit card (Visa, Mastercard),
- or by bank transfer.
Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received. No discount is granted for early payment.
Article 8 – Delivery
- Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
- Delivery times are indicative; any delay shall not give rise to penalties or cancellation of the order unless expressly agreed.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
The customer must check the condition of the goods upon receipt and make any reservations directly with the carrier.
Article 9 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sales concluded with professional customers.
Article 10 – Warranties
- The customer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
- No additional commercial warranty is provided unless expressly stated.
- The company shall not be held liable for improper use of the products or for indirect damages.
Article 11 – Claims and returns
Any claim must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior written approval. Returned products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks, databases) remain the exclusive property of [Company Name]. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Article 13 – Personal data
Data collected are necessary for order processing and customer relationship management. They are processed in compliance with the GDPR. Customers have the right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete their data by contacting: [contact email address].
Article 14 – Governing law and jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the registered office of [Company Name], even in case of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
